Paweł Pach

He is a recognized manager with over 20 years of experience in the financial sector, in the areas of corporate banking, corporate finance, and leasing. He is a graduate of the Cracow University of Economics, where he completed the Faculty of Economics as well as postgraduate studies in management, internal control, and auditing. Additionally, he participated in prestigious international management programs: the IESE Business School Advanced Management Program at the University of Navarra and the Advanced Investment Program at the Stanford Research Institute.

Throughout his professional career, he has successfully built and managed teams responsible for services and product offerings for business clients.

Since 2003, he has been associated with the PKO Bank Polski Group, where he has held key managerial positions. His career includes, among others, the following roles:

• Director of the SME Products Department (2007–2010) – where he introduced innovative product solutions for the SME sector.
• Managing Director of the Corporate Client Division (2014–2019) – where he reorganized the network of regional corporate structures, resulting in a significant increase in the division’s performance.
• President of the Management Board of PKO Leasing (2011–2014 and 2019–2024) – where he was responsible for the company’s dynamic growth and its transformation following the merger with Raiffeisen Leasing and Prime Car Management, which strengthened its position as the leader of the leasing market in Poland.

Between 2007 and 2024, he served on numerous supervisory boards of PKO BP Group companies. He held, among others, the position of Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Prime Car Management and Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of PKO Faktoring.

In 2011, he was responsible for launching the operations of PKO Leasing Sverige AB in Sweden. As President of PKO Leasing, he consistently introduced innovative solutions in financing Polish businesses through leasing.

He was actively involved in the Polish Leasing Association, where he contributed to the development of industry standards. In recognition of his achievements, he was honored with the PLA award on the occasion of the organization’s 30th anniversary as an “Icon of the Leasing Market.”

He specializes in building stable and high-performing teams and in implementing modern solutions that facilitate business operations. A visionary manager, whose knowledge and experience have been shaping modern standards in the Polish financial sector for many years.
